GIA'S cheque of D50,000.00 bounces back at a local bank-is the

NIA officer attached to the Aviation authority working?

It is just too serious to know. Can one imagine that a cheque issued and signed by the inner circle of our nation's aviation authority-fifty thousand dalasis bounced at a local bank? The authority's accounts are all in the red. The reasons behind this serious hole of financial mismanagement will be revealed here in the most explicit way. Any one reading this piece will be shocked, angered and seriously disappointed by what is obtaining in Banjul today. After all this whole shameless act of economic crimes has been coordinated by Gambians and their non Gambian friends. A very sad case.

Kebba Tess Touray is helping a Spanish called Zack rip our

national coffers off at an alarming rate.

This man Zack is a close friend of Kebba Tess Touray. Touray brought him near the seat of power. First we will look into who Zack really is and where he started from before reaching the peak. Zack is a person who many in Banjul know as a Spanish national(which is being investigated) by I Bulfaaleh.

Zack before coming to The Gambia was a no body. He could not even get what is known as AOC-Airline Operating Certificate. This is what would have guaranteed him the professional mandate to operate a similar business in Spain or somewhere else in Europe. He could not achieve that because he did not satisfy the criteria set in that part of the world. Such men are the types people like Tess Touray recruit, recycle and use in today's Banjul. People like Tess see Jammeh as a fool in power whom they can use to make money. These types run their mouths saying things like..."If you cannot fight them join them." Is this right when the ones you are joining are bent on scraping our national coffers? This is why when Jammeh is removed from power there are guys like Kebba Tess Touray who should not be left to fly out. Kebba has to know that he maybe laughing today but will weep one day. Kebba brought in Zack squeezed him through all the mafiosi cracks until the guy replaced the Russian pilot Victor. Tess knew Victor would not have been a honey bottle for him. He used his connections to eject the Russians from managing the Presidential aircraft.

Zack took over in full force. Tess Touray had what he was yearning for.

Zack's immediate circle and how he grew within?

Zack started by running the Presidential aircraft. He led the crew and managed them. The aircraft has 5 very important figures. They are:

1-The pilot

2-The co-pilot

3-The navigator

4-The flight engineer

5-The ground engineer.

The above is the crew Zack took over after fighting the Russian pilot out of the ring. The worst part is that President Jammeh was given very bad advise on this by Tess Touray and those he uses at the state house. Infact the cost effective part of Victor's management was better because Victor was a pilot and at the same time a manager. Today Zack is not a pilot so he is paid as a contract manager and the pilot is paid separately. That’s the real fool's paradise, President Jammeh does not even verify when approached by such crooks.

The huge monies Zack is using Euros and dollars not dalasis-GIA is bleeding!

As soon as Zack came in he started the race as a greedy church mouse. He came up with a plan in collaboration with Kebba Tess Touray a man Gambians call someone who promotes investment? Is Kebba serious? Now lets do the math here.

The first flight that Zack took out of The Gambia for maintenance and over hauling cost our national budget $700,000.00(seven hundred thousand dollars). This job was done out of The Gambia,it is only Zack,Kebba Tess Touray and Jammeh who know what the whole deal is! Of course even fools know that this amount is too high for a simple routine maintenance like that!

The vouchers, invoices and everything used can be traced and archived for future use. These are open secrets that will cost Kebba himself dearly one day. This is a serious economic crime I Bulfaaleh will trace and hand it over to future commission's of enquiry when Jammeh is sent packing. Infact those companies will never hesitate revealing what they know on this if and when approached by other clients. Already we have received almost enough to implicate these lackeys.

Shortly after the first round of maintenance and over hauling. A second flight flew to the same destination for the same reasons. For the second time it cost our national coffers $250,000.00(two hundred and fifty thousand dollars). What is amazing in the whole thing is that the time span between both trips was just too short and monies spent gave a high figure!

Now lets compare this to what happened during Victor's time...

Victor flew the plane for maintenance and over hauling only once! And this was done in Havannah Cuba which was considerably cost free. Now if President Jammeh and Kebba Tess Touray love our country so much why didn't they continue using Cuba then?

Infact from March 2006( when the so-called coup d'etat took place) Jammeh has not traveled like he used to during Victor's time as his pilot. The only places he went to are Iran, Venezuela. These two trips were during Zack's time. Now compared to Victor's time Jammeh used to fly two times in every month. I bulfaaleh have all his flight details, plans and landing and clearance approvals with me. Everything within the state house GIFPZA and foreign affairs’ protocol division regarding these flights is in my brief case. Let President Jammeh stay there dreaming thinking that these are simple bluffs he will shed tears when I am ready revealing about certain things these days.

How much Zack is paid, his monthly salary equivalent to the salaries of 300 GIA Staff-Does President Jammeh know this?

Lets come back and analyze the activities of Kebba Tess Touray's friend Zack. And Kebba Touray is the one we are hoping on to attract investment for our country? This is a very sad case!

Zack is hired to run the presidential aircraft. He earns a salary of 13000,00 Euros (thirteen thousand Euros) monthly for doing so.

The same Zack receives 52,000.00(fifty two thousand Euros) monthly for his so-called expertise at the GIA. Does the GIA management even know this when it comes to emoluments paid to the man? Altogether Zack earns 65,000.00(sixty five thousand Euros) from both ends. This amount when calculated in dalasis is huge. By visiting the current exchange rates in Banjul any reader (Gambians in particular are invited) to do the calculations then tell us how much it is in dalasis. This amount according to an insider is equivalent to the monthly salaries of 300 GIA Staff. Is that Kebba Tess Touray's expertise when attracting investment for our poor people? How can Mr Touray explain to us that he does not receive kick backs here? Isn't this what is sending investors away Mr Touray? You are so heartless to say the least.

Kebba Tess Touray a termite for our economy. He should be charged for economic crimes right now!

Kebba Tess Touray was at the GPTC. He helped bring it to its knees by luring former MD Humma into taking a loan for the purchase of old Volvos. This loan made GPTC crumble. The Volvos he helped order were used ones. They cost exactly the same price as if they were brand new. Even before repaying the loans from what they generated as income, the bad vehicles were grounded. They became a liability for our coffers. These Volvos started milking our weak economy so bad! They were being maintenanced whilst the loan was being repaid. What a wise economist Touray is? This loan is still on our nation's shoulders. Kebba then moved to take over other money-making institutions! Thanks to President Jammeh Kebba Tess Touray is about to bring the GIA to its knees like he did at the GPTC. At least Mr President ask your NIA officer at the GIA to be doing his job. Or are you part of the deals Kebba is always cooking? Enough is enough Mr President!

The GIA Bus that picks up passengers at the foot of the aircraft will be grounded very soon for lack of funds!

There is this bus that picks up passengers at the foot of the aircraft. This bus was purchased in collaboration with the GPTC per se. The GIA pays some unexplained dues to the GPTC about this bus to help maintain it. As I am writing this piece the budget head allocated to the maintenance of the bus is in the RED! GIA will be bankrupt very very soon. These are real facts within. What will happen if Zack fails and Touray sees the negative effects dripping from above?

Zack has his contingency plans. The AOC-Airline Operation Certificate he was striving to get all these years has finally been approved last month. He was rejected before coming to Banjul but as soon as he was awarded the management position Zack used that to get his AOC in Spain as a representative of The Gambia government. Now he can go back use that and open up a new branch. Will he not remember this for his friend Kebba Tess Touray.."one good turn deserves another" when things become sour for Kebba one day? Certainly Zack may want to help bail his friend Kebba.
