Minister Fatim Badjie Under Whose Services???

When President Jammeh privatized GAMTEL last year, there was mixed reaction across the country. The coming of  Spectrum Group, marks the end of GAMTEL. The company is today on its dead ebb. The company is not only faced by financial crisis, but low staff morale. All serious technocrats are gone. GAMTEL is today in the hands of  novice and the corrupt.

JAMMEH DECLARES WAR AGAINST THE ARMY!!!

…Jammeh was born outside wedlock!!!

Gambia’s President Yahya Jammeh is showing seeds of discord among The Gambian military. His recent remarks against the senior men and women of our armed forces is not only irresponsible, but malicious so to speak. Jammeh is creating a situation of mistrust between senior army officers and junior soldiers. “" If you want to be respected, you should show it in your persona. You cannot force junior officers to respect you whilst you don't respect yourself," said Jammeh.Jammeh should not encourage junior soldiers of  The Gambia armed Forces to disrespect their seniors. We need discipline in our army. Without discipline, there is bound to be insecurity and lawlessness in this country.

 By Hammadi Maasinah

During the past days freedomwnewspaper has been extremely proactive as usual.  The most recent stories include the piece that was sent herein warning the NIA in relation to the  Amadou Samba-Dia Halake. Likewise I have started the sudden shock thus peeling the layers which serve as "insolators" for the incumbent regime. 24 hours after that we have seen a swift change at the level of the NIA. Who says Yahya Jammeh is not feeling the heat?

A cafe owner told this medium that the problem is a general one and has to do something with Gamtel.Seen as a sheer indictment of the country's main telecommunications company, which has been privatised ostensibly to inject new lease of life in it, the problem with internet connection for the good part of the day is wreaking untold hardships and economic loss to users and cafe owners.

BAD JOURNALISM AT THE POINT NEWSPAPER!!!

“ There is room in this great and growing city for a journal that is not only cheap but bright, not only bright but large…that will expose all fraud and sham, fight for all public evils and abuses-that will serve and battle for the people.” Joseph Pulitzer

We expect the Point Editor Pap Saine to adhere to the above journalistic principles. The Point Newspaper is bigger than Pap Saine. National interest supersedes the interest of Pap Saine or a Government Minister. For the Point to be considered credible and independent, it must jealously safeguard its battered image.

PANORAMA with ‘Bulfaaleh’-Marabout Ismaila Jobe a mystic octopus-TWO-talibes and more secrets revealed….

Corrigendum:-

In my last piece on this subject affecting Marabout Ismaila Jobe I wrongfully wrote Idrissa Jobe. The man’s actual name is Ismaila not Idrissa. In fact his father’s name is Alhaji Momodou Jobe of Buduk. Regardless of the mistake, I personally know the marabout’s family in question. I know Buduk. There are two Buduk villages for that matter. This marabout once had a wife from the Niumis called Mrs Adam(last name withheld for now). During the days I used to visit that place with friends we came across this woman who was indeed a nice person. I believe their marriage ended afterwards.
