Dear Mr.Editor,
                           I must confess to reading the book of The Gambia from back to front.Certainly,like many good intentioned British visitors to your country,I was little concerned with the local politics and more concerned with the condition of its long suffering citizens.My response to the plea from The Honourable Mayor of Banjul for better trade relations between the U.K. and Gambia was well provided for by the offices of Her Majesties Government.The fact remains that it was the Gambian Government that scuppered every trade inititive that I instigated.

Gambia’s President Yahya Jammeh is a damn liar. A pathological liar for that matter. Jammeh’s lies is becoming unbearable. Gambians are tied of his lies. Enough is enough!!! He has long been lying about mineral discovery in The Gambia, when there is no such thing. Do we hear Jammeh announcing the presence of iron in our shores? What about the oil discovery he made years back? How about the gold discovery? When will the long awaited mining start? After Jammeh’s demise?  When will this sick and retarded President stop his day dreaming?

EX CMC DIBBA PERISHES IN JAIL!!

The prolonged detention of Burama Dibba, a former Crimes Management Coordinator with The Gambia Police Force, was  early today a hindrance to the progress of the trial of a former Gambian diplomatm to France.CMC Burama Dibba has been in detention at the State Central Prison in Banjul for more than a month now without being charged or released as enshrined in the constitution of The Gambia.
Ex-CMC Dibba is a prosecution witness in the trial of Willy Joof on various allegations, ranging from official corruption to abuse of office to graft.

Less than 6 months ago this very medium wrote an explicit story on the GIA,the way it was being milked to death by unscrupulous Gambians like Kebba Tess Touray. He was/is doing so in collaboration with his Spanish friend Zack! At the time many blindfolded apologists and gullible street smart guys saw everything we wrote with another eye. Today we are so proud to declare another mile stone of success in revealing Jammeh's worst secrets against our nation(read the point and observer today).

Freedom Newspaper:  Our  interview with AGERA'S Chairperson Habib Mbye, was received with mixed reaction. You happened to be one of those who raised eyebrows about the content of that interview. What's the beef here?  

 Habib Mbye Accused Of "Gross Missinformation."

Ablie Njie Lekbi Chi Birr Atlanta:  Let me first paraphrase Mr. Mbye- the Chairsperson of AGERA as recently as June 17, 2008 when he wrote on the Gambia-L forum commending my tenure with the AGERA organization whose meeting I have not attended since May 2007.  

He wrote:

“I tip my hat to Ablie Njie (Lekbi) he was an active and devoted member did an excellent job with all his assigned areas and to my surprised I learned of his resignation in this  forum.” 

Prior to reading Mr. Mbye’s interview , there was an understanding online to put this matter to rest until after the July Fourth and to rally behind AGERA and give our 100% support which we still stand by , but through bad advise, it was obviously ignored by the Chairperson. 

As someone who held a key office as Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the organization, I was privy to information and observations about AGERA which are nothing but facts.
