Once again history has urged Yahya Jammeh the Gambia’s ordained killer to confess yet another crime against humanity. He finally confesses as the one who killed demonstrating Gambian students on April 10th 2000. You see there is what we call guilty conscience! This is what has naturally compelled Yahya to implicate himself by slipping, while warning students, teachers, parents and then "mocking" people he calls enemies of the state! We will sandwich Yahya’s infantile tirades within this article only to allow sound minds see how this enemy of decent folks is finally implicating himself. When Lawyer Ousman Sillah was shot Yahya came out in the open saying this: "If my state guards were the ones who shot Sillah they would not miss” That is on record. It means his state guards kill Gambians he perceives as threats to his political survival. Even whereas those "threats" are within the confines of a democratic contest! Nothing more nothing less. All lawyer Sillah did was nothing more than defending a person Yahya wanted jailed for economic crimes. If Yahya was not masquerading anything why attempt the life of a lawyer who was defending a person him wanted to send to jail? After Baba Jobe's case there were so many cases but no lawyer was shot at. Why? Here is why. Yahya felt uncomfortable as a bandit because he knew lawyer Sillah was seasoned enough to dig more and know more about his deals with Baba as the trial was heating up. He did not eliminate lawyer Sillah to stop him from winning,he eliminated him to stop him from knowing more from a source that was so close to him. Today Yahya would kill any lawyer who attempts defending Baba Jobe again because there are more tangible reasons for him to conceal more as Charles Taylor is in the Hague. Yahya's daily observer was insulting the French judges because of that!

Four illegal immigrants have been arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement special agents for trafficking more than $5 million in counterfeit merchandise.
Kemo Krubally, 39, a native of Gambia, West Africa, operates wholesale and retail merchandise outlets and was arrested along with three other men.
The arrests were the result of an extensive investigation by ICE agents in Montgomery and Gulfport, Miss.
The counterfeit goods were seized by ICE special agents and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department. The items seized included counterfeit Nike shoes and counterfeit Prada and Coach handbags

In a dispatch sent to the Freedom Newspaper, the former Security official said Speaker Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay and her disgraced brother Balla Jahumpa were instrumental in luring certain hit men to take the life of Fatou Jaw Manneh. “Excuse me Mr. Editor but their is group of bandits who are doing everything to hurt her. They will fail miserably as her ex-in-in-law Mr. darboe has said. Baala Jahumpa and his sister Fatoumata Jahumpa Ceesay among the chief oppressor. They fear Fatou to death so they are doing everything humanly possible to eliminate her using the state just as they do with their so called enemies.But Fatou Jaw Manneh is no Baba Jobe. Yaya should open his eyes. Actually Zeinab has banned Fatou Jahumpa Ceesay off state house territory. Baala Jahumpa met with Fatou at Dakar’s VIP lounge at the airport. Hacking is becoming a common problem in Africa and the United States. The latest victims of hacking is the United Democratic Party External Wing in New York. The official email of the UDP external wing has been hacked. In a terse statement captioned" Emergency" the hackers created false alarm by blackmailing the UDP leadership. The hackers emailed the Freedom Newspaper and the Allgambian.net claiming that one of the UDP officials was stranded in a Lago's hotel and demanded over $2000 dollars to bail out the stranded official. The hackers did not stop at that, they also provided the name of the hotel and its manager. They also asked concerned Gambians interested in helping the stranded UDP official to contact the hotel manager for funds to be wired to him. UDP Coordinator Saihou Mballow was left dump founded by the hacking. Mballow said he could not access UDP'S official email since Wednesday. He says the hackers took immediate control of the email. Mballow in a brief interivew with the Freedom Newspaper called on Gambians and friends of The Gambia to ignore the hackers request for funds to be wired in Nigeria. " None of our officials are stranded in Nigeria. This is a lie.They hacked our official email address. This is a serious case and we have contacted Yahoo to investigate and restore the account back." said Mballow. Mr. Mballow said he does not have any evidence linking the Gambian Government to the cyber crime. " We do not want to speculate. Let give chance to the investigations.The hackers are claiming to be operating from Nigeria. We do not have any evidence yet linking The Gambian Government to this hacking." Mballow said. It would be recalled that the Freedom Newspaper was hacked in 2006 by agents of The Gambian Government. Mballow says the said email contained correspondences between the UDP External Wing and the party's parent body in The Gambia. No one knows where these documents would land.
