Mustapha Gibba used to work at the Speaker’s office at the National Assembly, until he met his tragic death few weeks ago, while working at dictator Yahya Jammeh’s farmland, the Freedom Newspaper can reveal. Gibba, like all other Civil Servants was working at Jammeh’s farm in Niumi Jurunku, when he suddenly fell down from the tractor he was riding on. The tractor ran over his body and was later pronounced death.

“He died a fortnight ago. While sitting on the wing of a tractor at Jammeh’s farm and he fell down. The moving tractor ran on him. He died on the spot. He was working at the National Assembly at the office of the Speaker Abdoulie Bojang,” said our source.

The late Mustapha Gibba is a native of Foni Ndemban. He left a young wife behind. His remains have been laid to rest. May God reserve place for him in Janna (heaven).
